Q: Where’s my shipment? 

A: All orders take 7-10 days to ship. Some orders may take longer depending on the items. Please read the products description on every product you order as we will put the expected shipping time there. 

  

Q: How do I know when the next drop is? 

A: Our retail drops are every Sunday 6pm PST we also have a timer on the home page, scroll down and you’ll see a calendar countdown. 

 

Q: Why do you charge 13.5% on all retail products?

A: 9.5% is California Tax (we are based in LA) and we buy and pay tax when we make purchases for stock and 4% is a transaction fee which breaks down 1% per transaction from Shopify. When you check out with either card (using stripe, our card processor) or PayPal, they both have a 2.9% fee per transaction. 

 

Q: What form of payments do you take? 

A: Amex, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Any Debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay! 

 

Q: How can I sign up for Retail Monday? 

A: Every Monday from 5:30pm(PST) - 6:00pm(PST) we put a link in our bio on Instagram. Fill it out before 6pm! (Members only) 

 

Q: What is Retail Mondays?

A: Retail Monday is designed to be another opportunity at grabbing a hype item for retail (OR FREE)! We put a link in our bio for about 30 min (so make sure you have your story notifications on for our IG) and if you're an active member, you'll have to add your name onto the link provided. On Monday at 6pm PST we will go on Instagram Live and choose an active subscriber to get an item at the retail price!

(All active members for longer than two months get any winnings for free) 

 

Q: What’s the best way to contact customer service? 

A: Send us a direct message via Instagram. This is the fastest and easiest way to contact us, if you have any questions or concerns feel Free to DM us anytime! Please allow up to 24hrs for a response.

 

Q: Do you buy dead-stock or USED items ? 

A: We buy dead-stock items only, you can sell it to us through @Copp_pay on Instagram.  

 

Q: What’s CoppPay? 

A: Copp Pay is a trusted account created by us to buy hype items from YOU! If you have any DS products you are looking to part ways with feel free to DM @Copp_pay at anytime.  

 

Q: When does my membership expire? 

A: Your monthly membership will automatically renew and you will be billed every month until you cancel. Your yearly membership will expire exactly a year from when you purchased it. 

 

Q: Can you change my card on file?

A: No, if you want to change your card you must contact us and we have to cancel your active membership and we will have you sign back up with a new membership under your new card.

 

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Yes we do! International shipping cost $22 USD. 

 

Q:How much is domestic shipping 

A: $13 USD. 

 

Q: Do you have buy now items in hand? 

A: Typically yes! We tend to have people we bought items from through copp pay ship to us before we sell them. There is a few products that we won’t have in hand but we will state in description expected shipping time.

Q:  What is Buy It Now?

A: Buy Now was created to have drops through the week, specifically Tuesday and Fridays. Weekday drops are meant to be under StockX price or lowest in the market.

 

Q: What is Designer Copp?

A: We drop sold out designer clothing under retail!

 

Q: How many items can I copp a drop?

A: One Item per drop! (Off Season) 

Two Items per drop (Season) 

 

Q: Do you do Promo?

A: Promo is only for friends and family.

 

Q: Will you show drop list on your site prior to the drop?

A: Yes, you will usually see the drop list on Friday and Saturday.

 

Q: Why was I refunded?

A: There can be many reasons why… either the system detected you using a bot, abuse on our site, we didn’t have your order in stock, Stock error, or you copped too many products. 

 

Q: Why was I banned?

A: For using a bot or being disrespectful to others or our team.

 

Q: How do I unsubscribe?

A: Log into your account, click on “manage memberships”, then click cancel membership under actions. 

  

Q: Why did I pay separate shipping, but received my products in one package?

A: It is easier for our shipping department. We pay depending on weight, the more we add to your package, the more we pay! You money goes to shipping either way.
